Who are Home Smart?

About Us

Home Smart have over 35 years experience of designing and installing heating systems for domestic properties. Our sister company Smart Plumbing is one of the largest independent installers of gas boilers and heating systems in the north of England. Over the last 5 years, we have been installing and evaluating smart heating controls from all manufacturers.

We have concluded that installing smart heating controls can have a real impact on reducing your energy consumption, making significant savings on your heating bill whilst also benefitting the environment.

We are Gas Safe registered, and our workforce is made up of highly skilled, apprentice trained gas engineers that are fully qualified to connect smart controls to boilers. Please note that it is a criminal offence for any person who is not Gas Safe registered to work on any gas appliance.

We are open from 8am-8pm on weekdays, and 9am-2pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Thermostatic Radiator Valves

Smart Radiator Valves replace your existing Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs). TRVs are adjustable, usually with a 1-5 scale.

Smart Radiator Valves do not fit old-fashioned non-thermostatic radiator valves. These valves are static and cannot be adjusted.
